Every customer that places an order online receives a customer satisfaction survey and their feedback becomes a part of our total star rating. Sprayer Depot has an overall 4.8 star rating (out of 5 stars), a score that is top rated and which is published and can be viewed on our website and in all our online search ads. In addition to the Bizrate surveys, we also conduct our own customer Net Promoter Score surveys designed to evaluate customer satisfaction from random customers who have placed an order within a 30 day time period. This surveys asks the customer if it's likely that he/she will recommend Sprayer Depot to others on a scale of 0—10 and also provides an opportunity for the customer to give us any additional comments or questions. We are happy to report that our NPS score is consistently well above the industry average with an overwhelming percentage of customers willing to recommend us!
Besides the customer satisfaction surveys we also are happy to receive feedback from customers on our Facebook page which is visible to the public and provides an open and unfiltered forum for any comments or questions we may receive.
