Meet The Team:  Sabrina Amendola, Executive Assistant, HR Manager

Sabrina Amendola is the Executive Assistant and HR Manager 31b5fc6.jpgat Sprayer Depot. She's responsible for a wide variety of information management and administrative support for the company. This includes working with accounting, the Leadership Team and other departments.  In addition, Sabrina oversees all HR tasks including benefits management and onboarding new employees. 

In her free time, Sabrina plays on an adult kickball league (her team even won the Social Award!), and enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs.

In addition to the Bizrate surveys, we also conduct our own customer Net Promoter Score surveys designed to evaluate customer satisfaction from random customers who have placed an order within a 30 day time period. This surveys asks the customer if it's likely that he/she will recommend Sprayer Depot to others on a scale of 0—10 and also provides an opportunity for the customer to give us any additional comments or questions. We are happy to report that our NPS score is consistently well above the industry average with an overwhelming percentage of customers willing to recommend us! 

Besides the customer satisfaction surveys we also are happy to receive feedback from customers on our Facebook page which is visible to the public and provides an open and unfiltered forum for any comments or questions we may receive.

The 140 character maximum on Twitter may seem like a limitation when it comes to tools, but the quick communication style is a perfect way to reach us about problems big or small.  It also allows us to convey important news, share cool links or updates about our business.

With lots of product images and behind-the-scenes pics, followers can easily peer inside our average days using Instagram.  Visuals are vital! And viewing a picture of a sprayer part instead of simply reading a product description can make it easier to identify the parts and equipment you need.

We’ve gone from a handful of "fans" to more than 6,000 followers across all of our social channels. In this post, we'll take a look at which platforms we use and what that means for our customers.



Facebook is often the first place that customers find us. Our Facebook community is active, with frequent questions, comments and conversations about spray equipment use.  With daily posts covering topics that are specific to the spray industry, along with instructional videos, and product features and photos, Facebook is a great educational resource for customer and industry professionals.

  1. When President Abraham Lincoln declared Thanksgiving a national holiday in 1863, it was largely due to the tireless efforts of a magazine editor named Sarah Josepha Hale. Her other claim to fame? She also wrote the nursery rhyme, "Mary had a Little Lamb.”
  2. Thanksgiving is not just an American holiday. Canadians also celebrate it, except they do it the second Monday in October.
  3. An estimated 46 million turkeys were eaten on Thanksgiving in 2015.
  4. What's the average number of calories an American will consume on Thanksgiving day? A whopping 4,500 calories, according to the Calorie Control Council.
  5. Not all turkeys "gobble, gobble". It turns out that only male turkeys, called toms, gobble. Females, called hens, cackle.
