Administrative Assistants play an integral role in many businesses. Tasked with providing effective organizational services to the company, they are often the go-to person for many issues, personal as well as professional.

Most office atmospheres can get hectic. It takes an organized person to keep things on an even keel, and maintain an efficient office environment:  meet Cristan Oates, Sprayer Depot's Administrative Assistant/HR Manager. Cristan oversees the general administrative tasks for the leadership team, such as project management and reporting, just to name a few. In addition, Cristan  is in charge of Human Resources, including recruiting and onboarding new employees, internal communication, and maintaining and updating the employee handbook. 

In her free time, Cristan enjoys playing video games and spending time with her husband and family. Let's get to know Cristan:

Q: Where are you from?

A: Everywhere, due to the military! I was born in Alaska, but I’ve lived the longest in Central               Florida.

Q: What is the last book you read?

A: Attack on Titan by Hajime Isayama (Manga)

Q: Do you have an inspirational quote that motivates you?

A: “Why fit in when you were born to stand out?” - Dr. Suess

Q: Will you tell us something most people don't know about you?

A: I absolutely LOVE Latino music, especially “reggaeton”, and have loved it since I was 14 years old.
