A few weeks ago we introduced you to Brandon, Sprayer Depot’s sales manager who shed some light into how our sales department operates. We thought it might help if we dug a little deeper into just how our Customer Service Technicians operate, and demonstrated some of the lengths they go to exceed expectations – from technical support on sprayer equipment to delivery needs, to even helping customers save money along the way. After all, the sales department here at Sprayer Depot is empowered to go above and beyond for customers, with customer satisfaction being the number one goal.

While the winter season doesn’t officially start until December 21, many parts of the country are gearing up for (or already dealing with) snow. With that, our Customer Service Technicians often are asked, "How do I winterize my equipment?” or “Is there any maintenance I need to do before winter hits?” Regardless of your level of experience in the sprayer industry, this is the time of year to winterize your sprayer. Simply put, get it in tiptop shape before it sits idle for a few months. Putting in the time to prep your sprayer for hibernation now will pay in dividends come spring when the spray season picks back up.

SunRail, Central Florida’s new $1.3 billion commuter train that began service in May 2014, currently transports an average of more than 3,000 daily riders to and from work during weekdays. Using the existing rail system for the first phase of the project, the commuter train adds to the existing track usage by freight service provider CSX and passenger service Amtrak, making the need for additional railroad safety a high priority in the community.
